3x3 Blindfold Solving
I finally found a chance to try a 3x3 blindfold solve. I did my best, but it was unsucessful. Here are my results:
Here was the scramble, with the way I was holding it. I generated this scramble from this site:
http://www.speedcubing.com/events/scrambles/scramble_cube.htm
I made up a story to remember the edges:
It was
christmas(YG). A whitehole(WO) appeared. Out from it came a new banana(GY) and a red Dr. Pepper(RW). Donald Duck(WB) and Spiderman, looking a little sad,(BR) also appeared. Donald Duck(WB) left to go stare into the sun(YO) with the stewardess(YB). They were both looking into the blue sky(BO). The sun(YO) stayed in the sky until I finshed the edges.

I also made a story to remember the corners:
The grass(GO) was growing and the leaves(OG) were falling from the trees. Suddenly, a christmas tree(GR) appeared. There was nothing else to do but put the corner into 22*. This made it chrismas(RG) again, as if it wasn't already. The stewardess(YB) which made the whitehole(WO) dissappear and I finished off the cube.

*What I did there was: F R' as the setup. In my mind the UFL corner is "corner 2" and position 2 would be when the U or D face is on the R side. That is what I meant by 22

Heres what the cube looked like after the "solve":
Memorization: 11:10.58
Execution: 3:52.62

After looking over the cube before and after my solve, I know what I did wrong. This cube had the parity, but I did not see it. I must have messed up on my counting because prior to solving, I did not see it. If this is true, it would explain why the DFL and DFR corners are wrong. Oh well, I'll try another solve later.
